1. "I can't approve" / watch shows a red dot

You try to send or sign, but approvals won't complete.

Try first:

1. Confirm the connection indicator: green = connected, red = disconnected.
2. Ensure both devices have Bluetooth on and are nearby.
3. Raise your wrist like you're checking the time (watchOS power-saving can pause connectivity).

2. "It says I'm blocked" (Time Lock / spend limits / unverified contracts)

This is usually working as designed.

Time Lock protects:

• Spending beyond your rolling limit
• Unverified contract interactions
• Viewing your seed phrase
• Generating a Recovery Sheet or Photo Backup
• Making Time Lock less restrictive

Common fixes:

• If you hit your rolling spend limit: wait for previous transactions to age out, or start a countdown.
• If a dApp/contract is unverified: with Time Lock enabled, it's blocked until you complete your delay.
• If you started a countdown and want to cancel: use Lock Now.

3. "I'm trying to receive — how do I know the address is real?"

When you tap Receive on iPhone, the app asks the watch to verify the receive address against your keys. Look for the "Verified by Watch" badge before sharing.

4. "WalletConnect isn't working / I don't see the request"

WalletConnect flow:

1. Scan the dApp QR from the iPhone app.
2. Your phone receives the request.
3. Your watch shows the full transaction details.
4. Approve on the watch, or reject from the phone.

If your watch never shows the approval screen, it's often a connectivity (red dot) issue — see #1 above.

5. "I lost my watch / phone / I'm upgrading devices"

• Watch lost, stolen, or destroyed: restore on a new watch using Recovery Sheet or Photo Backup.
• Phone lost: your keys are still on the watch, but pairing a new phone requires unpairing the watch first, which erases its keys. Restore from your backup after pairing.
• New watch or new phone: watchOS backup will not carry keys (by design) — restore via Recovery Sheet / Photo Backup.

6. "My portfolio / balances look wrong"

• Watch face complications can lag because watchOS controls how often they refresh. Open the app for current values.
• Some tokens may be collapsed as spam or show no price in the iPhone app's token list.
